after placing the order, the store manager will send you an invoice by fax or e-mail, which you can pay by bank transfer from your company’s current account.

For legal entities

It is obligatory to submit all the statutory documents of the organization and registration of VAT payer, in the absence of the specified list of documents, the tax invoice is not provided.

Delivery of complete equipment

Delivery of complete equipment is free of charge to any port within Ukraine, buyer is responsible  for export of items to finale destination country, at the expense of the company throughout. Terms and time of delivery are coordinated with our manager.

Delivery of spare parts.

Some items requires quick international delivery service such as DHL , UPS and others as the case might be according to buyers choice, we will provide full assistance to send you item after confirmation of payment.

The cost of delivery of goods from our store is considered at the rates of “New Mail”, depending on the size and weight of the goods.

Time of delivery

Delivery time is agreed with the Delivery Service Manager, who will contact you immediately after you place your order.

Delivery is carried out daily from 10:00 to 20:00 hours, on Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00, on Sunday there is no delivery. Items ordered by you on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. Delivery time depends on the time of placing the order and the availability of goods in stock:

  • if the order is confirmed by the Delivery Service Manager before 12:00, the goods can be delivered on the next working day between 10:00 and 15:00 or between 15:00 and 20:00;
  • If the order is confirmed by the Delivery Service Manager after 12:00, the goods can be delivered on the next working day between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

You can also specify any other convenient delivery time, and the purchase will be delivered at a convenient time. Other delivery times, as well as delivery times to settlements in the region, are determined by agreement with the client.

Delivery location

Delivery is carried out at the address specified at checkout. If you need to deliver the goods to a different address, you must provide the address to the Delivery Service Manager, who will contact you directly after placing the order on the website.


Upon delivery, you will be given all the necessary documents for the purchase: commodity, cash receipts, as well as the warranty card. When making a purchase at the organization, you will be given an invoice, as well as an invoice, in which you need to stamp your organization. The price indicated in the documents sent to you by the courier is final, the courier does not have the right to adjust the price. Shipping costs are highlighted in the purchase documents as a separate column.

Attention!We ask you to remember that you should check all technical parameters and consumer properties of the purchased goods from our manager before the purchase of goods. The duties of the employees of the Delivery Service do not include the implementation of consultations and comments on the consumer properties of the product. If you need to install the product purchased in our store, you need to inform our manager about it. When delivering the ordered goods to you, check the completeness of the delivered goods, the operability of the goods, the conformity of the delivered goods to the description on our website, and also check the goods for the presence of mechanical damage. If you do not file any claims for mechanical damage upon receipt of the goods, such claims are not considered further. In case of questions
